If you use the form that can be filled out in Excel on your comptuer, the totals will automatically populate the form when you enter your desired quantities in the Total Quantities Column ("TL QTY"). The completed form can be saved and then attached to an email to Christine at the UCCE office at clbmorris@ucdavis.edu. She will print out your order form and send it on for processing.
