Hotline Subscription Form
If you subscribed to the Hotline last year and had it mailed to your home, please remember that your subscription will run out with the October 2006 Issue. We will send out the November issue to everyone, but that will be the last issue you will receive if you don't resubscribe by November 1st.
To Resubscribe: Click on the link below, print out the form, fill it in, and then mail it to the UCCE office (311 Fair Lane, Placerville, CA 95667 Attn: Christine) along with a check for $5.00 made out to "U C Regents."
