The 4-H County Council consists of Club Leaders, and council positions, all of whom are volunteers. The By-laws are currently under review and are in draft form. Click on the links below to review. You can also attend the County Council meeting on the third Tuesday of every month at the UCCE office at 7:00 p.m.
