Round up Bar-B-Q and Cake & Silent Auction
The 2009 Round Up Bar-B-Que, Cake Auction and Silent Auction will be held on May 1, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds.
Tickets for the Round Up Bar-B-Q dinner can be purchased through your club leaders after April 1, 2009 or at the door the night of the Bar-B-Que.

SILENT AUCTION
Please fill out a Donation Form for each item you are donating to the silent auction and bring it with the item when you drop it off at the UCCE office by April 30th.
No items will be accepted after April 30th or at the auction on May 1st. If you have a large item that must be delivered directly to the auction, please send in a completed form (fax #: 530-642-0803) by the deadline, and then bring in the large item to the auction at the fairgrounds on May 1st.
